Dr. Smita completed her BDS from Seema Dental College and Hospital, Rishikesh, between 2004 – 2008. She has also completed her 1-year rotational internship at Ramaiah Dental College and Hospital in 2009-10.
During 2012 – 2015, she pursued post-graduation at AECS Maruti College of Dental Science and Research Center, Bannerghatta, Bangalore. In 2018-19, Dr. Smita completed her fellowship training in implant and laser dentistry from D Y Patil Dental College, Navi Mumbai. Lastly, she has also received the certificate for completing the advanced clinical program from the Advanced Academy of Endodontics, Indiranagar, Bangalore, in 2020.
